A holiday recipe from Yoko
Happy Holidays!
Here’s a simple recipe for Japanese fried chicken that everyone seems to love. I always make it around the holidays. Sometimes I use tofu instead of chicken and it’s also very tasty!
Chicken Kara Age
(Japanese style fried chicken)
Chicken 250- 300g (chicken thigh cut into 2-3″ size pieces)
Marinate 3-24 hours in a ziplock or tupperware inside refrigerator
Marinade ingredients:
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Mirin 1 tablespoon
Sake 2 tablespoon
Garlic 1-2 cloves minced
Ginger 1 tablespoon minced
Green onion 1-2 finely chopped
Black Pepper 1 pinch
Remove chicken pieces from marinade and coat lightly with flour before deep frying.

In every company, there will always be some downsides.
I know some people mix it with oatmeal and make protein cookies out
of it. For anybody who is scanning this report, I would guess that
you are looking to register with Visalus and so are
