Yoko Returns To WGBH! New Gigs Announced!

Howdy jazz friends. As you probably know, April is Jazz Appreciation Month here in the United States. On Wednesdays throughout the month of April, join famed broadcaster Eric Jackson for a live broadcast at 3 p.m. To kick off the month on April 3, Eric will feature Richard Vacca, author of The Boston Jazz Chronicles; Elynor Walcott from beloved jazz spot Wally’s Cafe; and music from our very own Yoko Miwa. We’ve got lots of great gigs on the way, including our regular shows at The Mad Monkfish and Les Zygomates, plus April gigs at Blues Alley in Washington DC and at the Boston Public Library; a show in May at Plymouth’s Spire Center for the Performing Arts; and gigs in June at the Regattabar in Cambridge and at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, CT.
